The Kitchen

This week, I am featuring things that can be used around the house! I am starting with the kitchen because I am still in full "unpacking" mode and have been working on the kitchen of the new house. Here are a few things that I absolutely must have!

1. Personalized Recipe Cards by The Note House ($8)

How adorable are these little recipe cards!?!? Not only are the monogrammed (my favorite) but they have that monogram inside a cute little plate design!!! Fantastic! I can imagine writing all of my favorite family recipes on them and even being able to share recipes with them!

Eight dollars buys you a set of 10 cards. Wahoo! I love things under a dollar each!

#2. Embroidered Colorful Linen Polkadot Towel by Initial Impressions ($9)

Who does not love polka dots? Who doesn't use kitchen towels? Who wouldn't want one (or four) of these little beauties? I know I do (green and yellow, please!)!!!

Best of all, you can get them embroidered! Yay! There are 19 (NINETEEN!) font styles and 18 (EIGHTEEN) thread colors, including "Let Peg Choose" (which is the perfect option for non-artsy folks like myself). You can also get all sorts of other fun embroidery designs ranging from holiday fun to collegiate mascots!

#3. Monogrammed Adult Apron by The Pink Monogram ($32)

Who wouldn't want to don THIS apron? It's just too cute!

They are made from heavy canvas so they will withstand even the most brutal of recipes (and hopefully the washing machine, too)! You get to choose between 4 fun colors, 45 (!) ribbons, 18 fonts (one letter monograms), 12 fonts (3 letter monograms), 6 fonts (full names), 20 fun images (if you would like an image in lieu of a monogram - might be fun for kids or families) and 16 thread colors (including an option to match best to the ribbon choice)! Decisions, decisions!
